Victor Lucas is a freelance photographer and video producer – with 20 years experience capturing all aspects of cycling, for magazines and commercial clients worldwide.
I have shot everything from DH and XC World Cups, to the Enduro World Series and Road cycling, as well as product launches, athlete profiles and travel stories. I can work solo, as part of a team, depending on the size of the project. I can run projects from start to finish – brainstorming, planning, location scouting, production, editing and music.
My background is in visual design, but I got frustrated with the daily routine behind a desk and decided to change it for the chance to explore the great outdoors and capture images of inspiring subjects. The biggest reward is when my work inspires other people to get outside and be active.
